It is a C++ based program that let the user to control the mouse cursor with his/her finger movement. The movement of the finger is captured with a web cam. Three hand gestures are used to move the cursor and to give input like select and right click operation.
**The camera records the movement of hand. Then the image frames are processed to identify the gestures.
**The system has the average pixel width and length for the three gestures. It compares those with the captured image frames.
**If the gestures are matched then the cursor is moved to the finger position and does the necessary operation (select or right click).

SMS based AIRS:

It is a SMS based agricultural information retrieval system. It provides users the agricultural information of his/her location. It provides the necessary information about the crops that can be grown in the user’s area.
**The user sends a SMS that contains two specific text format Info space area name Or Crop name space area name
**The system receives the SMS via an edge modem and process the text.
**The received text is tokenized and the words are used to query the system database.
**The system then returns the information corresponding to the text and sends the information to the user via another text message.

It is a user interface to control RC helicopter. The user can operate a RC controlled helicopter with the program. It is written in Visual Basic 6.
**The program let the user to fly the helicopter, move left, right and slow down the rotor’s speed.
**The Up arrow is used to up the system and speed up the rotor.
**The right and left arrow is used to move right and left.
**The down arrow is used to slow down the speed of the rotor thus the helicopter.
