I have been in a BPO industry for 8 years as a customer service representative. I worked as a BOH-Agent, Inbound and outbound agent. Working for 8 years in this industry teaches me a lot. I learned a lot about working in 3 different centers. This industry taught me to be proficient in every task.
I have also tried working as a freelancer, I have been an email support specialist and a back-office support specialist. In my previous work as an email support specialist, I have learned how to answer customer inquiries via email. We used Zendesk to communicate with our customers through email. We answer customer inquiries like about their shipping status, how to exchange or return and about their refunds. We also used Zendesk to track our statistics so we are updated on how are we doing well with our productivity and CSAT. In this job, I am able to help the company to maintain a good standing on how to deal with the customer.
