My most recent position was for 8 months as QA Manager & CSR Leader for a remote call centre.
After 6 years working in tourism, I developed not only my English skills but also the ability to sort out customer's inquiries of any kind, providing the best customer service to people from different countries and cultures.
In 2007 I started to work in call centers performing my best in areas such as Technical Support, Sales, Customer Service, Language Line and more.
All these experiences has given me the confidence to assure the best and more efficient service my Employers requires from me.
