Hi, I am a part-time freelancer. I am available for 20 hours/week right now and willing to move to a bigger commitment eventually.
What sets me apart are my excellent communication skills and the ability to grasp complex/abstract ideas and convert them into clean and maintainable code. I have been working as a javascript engineer for the past 5 years, among which 3 have been on Angular JS. I have had the privilege of redesigning and creating complete Angular applications from scratch putting in best practices, making as robust and scalable as possible.
In my last major project, I was responsible for the complete refactoring of an AngularJs code-base, replacing the conventional ngRoute with ui-router in a project having more than 65 states. This conversion was a minor step towards our migration to Angular 8, and hence after this; I lead a team of 3 developers, revamped the code-base from normal angularJs ES5 based components into ES6 class-based components. This followed the integration of ng-hybrid and the migration process started.
I have a knack of writing clean and maintainable code, and for this, I religiously follow John Papa's guidelines for Angular JS. For general JS concepts and clean code, my past 2 books are: 'Clean Code' and 'Javascript the Good parts'.
Recently, I started another personal project using angular 8, and you can see a bit of my coding style:

Also, after giving a presentation on ngRX (redux) at my current company I am nowadays implementing redux in our migrated application. This is a small NGRX snippet I prepared to help in my presentation:

Also, I keep on improving my technical skills mostly on Udemy, and this is the last project I created in React.

Recently, I gave a seminar on SSR integrated with i18n and this is the demo code-base I prepared for that:

I truly believe in work commitment and quality and assure the best efforts from my side. Looking forward to interviewing you.
Regards,
Umer
