Maintaining customer info in a password protected files.  Customer Complaints, Queries and Requests are handled and resolved within the Turnaround Time.  Always adhering to the Group policies and norms by following the process.  Being a team player supports the team where ever required to clear the queue inflow andkeeping them online. Honest to the team members and ensuring the delivery of work and developments in the process.  Accomplishment of the assigned work as per the Service level agreements and in compliance with the Group Money Launderding Prvention policy and procedures.  Preparing MIS for the Team.
