Hi Gilli - as discussed, project to make the template a few new colours as well as fix any holes in the cutting stencils.
Look at this photo and create a 5 layer stencil. This will be 5 (or more?) individual layers that will be cut out by hand and painted. So, you need to make sure there is not blank parts that can't be cut out. The layers will all be different colours, so you should start by making the image ~5 colours If someone can have someone cut this images into stencils this will be also excellent. This is the next job I will be posting!!

I would like an artist to draw a bird on a branch with berries in solid colors only (limit to 4 or 5 colors) and then break the image down into separate AI files so that I can make stencils. I have uploaded example (flying bird) of a prior 'photo converted to separate AI files project. This one is similar except I need a composite illustration with the images of the Flicker as shown.
