I need a GUI based Bulk Email Software which has below features:
1. Ability To Import Contacts Via Excel Files,CSV Files or other standard ways.
2. Edit and Add SMTP configurations,including popular mail servers like gmail and ymail
[url removed, login to view] Email messages in Text or HTMl format, import html files,ability to preview the mail , ability to send a TEST mail to an email id.

5. Send Mails (Messages created to be sent to Contacts added)
If you decide to implement in java, then UI should be in JAVA FX, else c# would do also.
If someone has the source code readymade, with these features or even lesser, may contact also,it might save us time.
