Help Setup AWS EC2 and Virtualmin / Webmin to host multiple Virtual Websites

I currently have an EC2 AWS instance with an Elastic IP assigned as well as an S3 bucket. I don't mind starting from scratch, just need virtualmin, webmin, to work so I can have multiple websites (Joomla, Invision Power)
Currently with two instances I have attempted, I have not been able to gain access to any of the virtual servers public_html. (/home/mydomain/public_html)
I need some help either starting from scratch or troubleshooting what I have. This will require experience with AWS and Virtualmin, Webmin since those are the two major technologies being utilized.
