i.e. trap and log ALL screen-on and screen-off events, and processing the trapped events as below:
1. Log usage to a hourly counter
2. Log cumulative usage to daily counter
3. Ability to send/export hourly usage summary via sms/whatsapp
4. Ability to send/export daily usage summary via sms/whatsapp at specified time every day
5. Hourly / daily reset of counters
6. App installation & un-installation to be password protected
7. Force stop of app to be disabled
8. Auto start of App on reboot
9. Compatible with latest and earlier Android versions till v7 (Nougat)
