3D and Scripting Expert

I'm looking an Expert for 3D and Scripting guy.

Click on Hail Damage, Here are 4 different Models for Dent Estimator. We have done the things with 2D and its working great. But client is willing to get this done with Real 3D Models, that any body can move the Model Left-Right, Right-Left, Top View with his mouse move. We have all 3D files of these models.

The Estimator works like this. Once you Choose a model. You will be able to choose any Panel of the Model i.e Front Door, Roof, Hood etc. on click on any Panel it Produce the Panel Name below in a Text Field.

We have did this with Flash. But now we need this with 3D. the work is only to move the Model and Get the Panel Name. Rest of the Programming things will be managed by us.

For this project we have budget of $150-$200 max.

Would be a plus if you apply with Sample of your similar work,
