VB.Net function using aws sdk to return date/time of newest file in a bucket

Using vb.net, asp.net and the standard aws sdk for .net, I need a function that takes an amazon s3 bucket name and a file specification and returns the filename and date/time of the NEWEST file matching that specification
e.g. function may be
GetNewestFileNameAndDateTimeFromS3Bucket (myBucketName, myFileSpecification)
mybucketname may be "mybucketname123456abc", myFileSpecification may be "backup123*.*"
it would return an object containing
filename = "[url removed, login to view]"
date/time = "7 march 2016 05:44"
Using your own s3 test bucket you will provide a page which outputs the desired results. You will provide a test .aspx page and the function for me to verify it works ok on my servers.
