Cisco BE6000S Troubleshooting and Configuration

Would require an experienced engineer proficient in Cisco BE6000 to help troubleshoot a minor issue. We have a BE6000S telephone system whereby we are unable to register the phones to the CUCM as the DHCP pool is not providing an IP address to the Cisco IP Phone. The CUCM and phones are configured in the same subnet and VLAN. Configuration of the phones need to be tested and voice calls need to be tested.
Additionally, we have a PRI line (which is yet to be provided by the ISP) and would need configuration of the same to be done.
Job would be required to be done @ 1PM (GMT +4).

Can start working on it right away. Need more information about the network off-course. Need more information about DHCP server also about the scopes and all.
