Elastix implementation including Contact Center and Reporting

Install an Elastix telephony solution which should include the below points: - Solution would be implemented for office purpose and for contact center as well. - Call Recording functionality for any desired extension. Call Recording should be available for Supervisor to play/forward (via email) etc. to other colleagues. - Voicemail including voicemail to email functionality - Call forwarding and call parking - Multiparty conferencing - Call Pickup, call routing, call transfer, call waiting, Auto attendant, Paging etc. - Call Detailed Report including BI reports like Most Dialled Numbers, Maximum 10 callers, Missed Call reports, No Answer Reports (if a user does not answer a call in 10-15 seconds, the call is deemed as a no answer call) etc. - Should have flexibility to email necessary reports to various users within the organisation / department heads. - Billing and Consumption report - Channel usage reports - Agent Console for agents (when a call arrives, there's a popup at the agent's desktop intimating of the caller's CID). It should match the CID with an application which needs to be developed to capture caller's details including purpose of calling. Should be customizable as per requirements. Reports should be able to be run based on options clicked / entered by the Agent. - Supervisor Console for Supervisor (Should be able to run various reports about agents assigned under supervisor including call report, agent availability report, productivity reports etc.) - Features / privileges based upon grouping. - Should be able to install the same application on two servers (one for live server environment and the other for testing purposes. - Should provide complete documentation and handover of the scope including screenshots of job done.
