Convert an Amazon Data Feed into a Magento Data Feed

We have a good size Amazon presence with up to date Data Feeds. All of our Hi-Res images are on an FTP site. We want to bring all of these products into our new Magento Web Site. A vast majority of the products in the Amazon Data Feed are Parent/Child relationships. These need to be correctly converted into Magento to maintain the Parent/Child structure. Once converted you will add them to the Magento Web Site.
The ideal candidate will have excellent data manipulation skills, Magento Feed experience. There are approximately 17,000 SKUs in the data set.
