Microcontroller Program and schematics for Motor Control

I need a professional to create a microcontroller program for me. Here is a quick run down of the requirements:
1. Hardware: This project involves the use of a TI DRV10970EVM board and the TI LAUNCHXL-F280049C.
2. Programming: The program needs to be written in C.
3. Functionality: The program should be able to accept an integer input that represents a torque value. This input would then be used to adjust the speed of a small motor controlled by the DRV10970.
4. Signal Control: I'm unsure of the type of signal that should be used to control the motor speed(PWM, Digital, Analog). Therefore, I am open to suggestions on this aspect. It would be great if you can provide your expert advice here.
5. I would also appreciate help/schamtics on how to connect the two boards (DRV10970EVM and LAUNCHXL-F280049C) so that i can run the program
