Graphic Designer - Jewelry Design with Diamond inlays

We are a luxury watch trade company that provides the service of customization of the watches with diamonds.

WE DON'T NEED TO CREATE THE APP, ONLY THE IMAGES

We are creating an application that allows our client to select a specific watch and add diamonds in specific parts of it. The application works with a base picture. The diamond designs chosen by the user must be a layer that overlaps the original image until the user achieves the desired customization.

The Layers (example)

You have a base watch and you want to make inlays on the bracelet. The user must have the possibility to choose between different designs (of diamonds) to apply to the same watch. When you select the design you want, an image (layer) overlays the base picture and builds the desired [login to view URL] with the different customizable parts of the watch. It is a project that will work with 10 models of watches.

Initiative, creativity, style and good taste are expected from the chosen designer, since many of the designs have to be proposals made by the him.

The base images.

Here an important clarification. The watch models have small variations within them. These variations are called references. These “changes” change details from one to the other (small changes in their materials, colors but not in the shape and arrangement). The layers that will be created will serve for all the references of the same model.

For example, for us within a Rolex Submariner model, references 116610 and 116613 are “the same”, because the layers created for one of them must be fit in the other. We will deliver (following the example) the 116610 and 116613 images but these images must not be in the same condition. (See in the files attached to the proposal the photographs of 116610 and 116613 to understand this point). Maybe one could be an square, the other rectangular, in one of them the clock is located on the right side of the image and in the other in the center. Clocks must have a transparent background (PNG file), so if the base image that we would give you has a background, it must be removed. Part of the work that is expected is the adaptation of these images to a size, shape and arrangement given by us. In this way we will guarantee that the layers made for 116610 also work for 116613.

The images and specifications with which the designer will work will be given by us.

The job

• 300 different layers (images) are expected with designs given by us and others designed by the designer.

• It is required to adapt the base images so that the layers made for a specific model can fit in all their references. The number of base images is not going to be higher than 50.

• The freelancer agrees to make the changes that are necessary to guarantee our satisfaction.

Selection process

The interested designer is expected to send us a sample of what his work would be like. In the following link ([login to view URL]) there is a picture of a Rolex Submariner. Two proposals (layers that can be superimposed) are expected as shown for each customizable part of the watch (bezel, lugs, dial, case, central and outer link). See the attached file as a guide.
