MOBILE APPLICATION (IOS, Blackberry, Android) for MAZE GAME

I need a custom mobile app made compatible for most mobile platforms (IPhone, Ipad, Blackberry and Android)

Someone who is very experienced in coding to create a nice simple mobile app for a maze game. The game involves a bull trying to chase a villain / corruptor in a maze (ie. a mouse maze). The game consists of approximately 10 levels (each level has different villains). The higher the level, the more complicated the maze gets. I need someone who can help designing the graphics. I have ideas/photos of what the bull and the villains look like, but I'd like them to look more like cartoon or caricature.

Requirements:

Someone who can program and also do the UI design.

Please show me examples of your previous work including any user interface or design examples you have done before.

This game should be a short simple maze game. I'd like to put a caricature version of myself with a message at intro and towards the end of the game.
