AWS EC2 & WHM Configuration Support Required

I have installed CentOs and WHM on AWS EC2 Instance.
I have done everything like doing on a dedicated server.
Currently If I use the nameservers to load the sites, the sites were not loading & while checking it in [login to view URL] - it shows "FAIL: Nameserver is unreachable.".
I need support to sort this.
Note:
I can't share access to my account but you can work on my system through the remote.
Also, I want you to do the knowledge transfer on this Issue as well.
