Digital Ocean Backup Image Created on New IP... Domain Refusing To Connect

My original Digital Ocean server had a DDOS attack so they took it offline. I created a new server from a 2 day old snapshot and updated my dns records accordingly. My site is now refusing to connect when I try to access it.
I need someone to have a look and make sure all is setup properly. I'm not sure if I need to change anything inside of CentOs related to the IP change.
