I need a customized bot for Telegram.
I need a bot that will simulate purchase process in our store, will include all products and purchase process in two languages.
Must include product category list that can be amended.
Must include search function by name, same in 2 languages.
At checkout I need it so send notification to email.
No payment, no live support, just selection of language, catalogue with products (including photos), possibility to add several items for purchase and order completion resulting in sending notification to email.
If customer has any question bot should send notification to email.
Reply function must include ready plate message with mail details as well as ready replies for questions containing specific words (in both languages that I can amend or change). After bot reply there should be option to send inquiry or ask another question.
Website has about 500 products, I need function to add or remove products manually. Prefferebly in form of excel table. Database must be amended.
