Parsing system website

We need online system installed on our website, taking information from donor website every 24hrs. User must register before access system. User can see all cars and access each car page without registration, but he can not bid unless he registers. Need only e-mail, name and password. Parsing time – starting at Japan standard time 5 - 7 am randomly, changing every day. Parsing target - [login to view URL] website with car listing in Japanese. Password needed to access site, shall be provided when freelancer is nominated. Data is to be gathered from [login to view URL] all pages available on this address. Old data must be deleted every day after parsing, new data added. Must take only car maker in English, car model in English, main picture, reference price, lot number (not to be shown to user). If no English name, translate Japanese to English using bing translator (please use free bing translator,). Search screen on top must include box where user will choose maker and model. Once model is selected available list is shown. Data must be grouped and only selected models must be shown. In case nothing is selected all cars must be shown. Sorted by car model A-Z. Can be regrouped by reference price also. After user selects car, program must access donor server and translate description in Japanese using free bing translator. We shall indicate additionally the list of word exceptions that must not be translated but replaced automatically from database we shall provide. Information in Japanese must be translated in blocks, so user could start reading while the rest of the information is being translated. On the top of page there must be “BUY NOW” button (in Russian) with price user must input next to it (in “thousand JPY” in Russian). Once user presses this button, we shall receive e-mail (we shall provide google mailing details (username and password) if needed) with “LINQUAR” word, user name and e-mail, lot number, left time, car model and user bid price. We shall provide e-mail where to send this bid mails. In case any problem occurs (parsing error, mail error etc) notification must be sent to our e-mail. Please specify price and delivery time.
