Iphone app bug fix

Hi,
I have an iphone app made for me, which suppose to be the mobile version of my site [url removed, login to view]
The app is already 95% ready, the only problem is that the thumbnail pictures (which are being online taken from wikipeida) create overload on the server.
My current app programmer has some personal issues, and can't finish it, so I'm looking for somebody to solve that last bug and help me submit it to apple approval.
I'll pay 250$ for it.
