About 4 years ago, Hotelbeds decided to start investing heavily in sophisticated CRM tools (by using [url removed, login to view] Service clouds and Sales clouds) and initiated an ambitious project plan, allowing for a solid MDM and a first delivery of centric 360 client approach via revamped business processes (covering Sales', Hotel & Client contact center', XML client integration' teams). Role will be located within the Commercial Strategy behalf Bedbank, one of the Hotelbeds core business areas. After closing recently positively this first phase, Hotelbeds is now in a phase to further accelerate its CRM developments. In order to cover these plans, Hotelbeds is now looking for a CRM Technical Lead, to guide and lead a small team of developers towards these goals.<br /><br />Main Responsibilities: Takes ownership of entire [url removed, login to view] technical architecture needs for the business. Owns the interdependencies between the different applications built on the [url removed, login to view] platform. Directs, coaches and organizes the work of a small team of [url removed, login to view] developers. Manages developments & system maintenance activities for the various [url removed, login to view] solutions. Participates with a critical eye in the analysis of business, technical requirements and best solution. Develops & maintains data migrations and integrations between systems via web services. Provides support for all users worldwide.<br /><br />Candidate Profile:<br />IT Engineer or similar University degree.<br />4+ years developing custom data integrations between multiple systems or databases (API Web services).<br />4+ years of experience in developing (Java, C#, C++, SQL Database).<br />Knowledge of [url removed, login to view] own language is a strong plus (Apex, visual force, soql).<br />2+ years of proven experience managing a small team of 2 + team members.<br />Advanced Administrator and Developer certifications a strong plus.<br />HTML & JavaScript knowledge may be considered.<br />Good command of English (written/read). Good communications skills. Ability to prioritize tasks.<br />Knowledge of Excel /MS Access and Databases.<br />Dynamic, driven and self-motivated.
