The task:
Alright, this should be rather simple. I have uploaded a photo to this project and I need someone to edit it. My desire is for the flag in the photo to be edited to have holes and burns and to add a layer of ash and smoke in front of the banner.
The project will be due this Thursday, 05/28/2020.
I will not be able to accept a completed project before then.
No text needs to be added.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask but please, do not waste our time with anything already explained here. If you can't be bothered to read this description, I am not going to work with you. The password is LOTR.
