Photoshop 3D Object into photographed scene to look realistic

I need 4 realistic looking scenes showing this structure (see attached image Structure) set on the sandy sea floor in a tropical ocean with the lower half underwater and the top part exposed above the sea surface.

The 4 scenes need to be at least of this quality (see attached image Sculpture on Beach).

When you view this image please note that you can zoom right in and see the colours and texture of the sculpture in hi res , even though the photo background is of a lower resolution.

My main requirement in all 4 photo scenes, is that the placement looks real and natural and the sculpture has hi definition.

4 scenes required:

1. One image from above the sea surface (see attached image Above Sea)

2. One image split-screen, with both above and below the sea visible (see attached image Splitscreen)

3. One image under water showing divers in and around the base.(see attached image Undersea)

You will need to realistically show some coral reef nearby, scuba divers underwater and visitors walking around on top to give it scale and also with a boat nearby.

Must look absolutely realistic.( see attached Design pdf for size details)

I will require final images in high definition with excellent resolution in either png, jpg or similar.

Please note that the sample photos are just visual guidelines.

Please feel free use other higher quality photo scenes to the ones supplied as I am after the best result possible.

Please provide some samples of similar photoshop work completed by you.

3ds file of the structure will be provided to the successful tenderer.
