I would like to hire a Photo Editor for consistent weekly work editing product images

I am looking for someone that can edit my product images every week in the same way that I have been for the last several years. I own a small business selling valuable vintage & antique clothing that I source and restore, usually listing 7 - 18 products online per week. The quality of our product images is a large part of why I've been able to grow my business, but I simply can't spend so much of my time on it any longer and continue to grow.
Each product has on average 6 images that need to be edited (these are usually easy to batch edit because they are just different angles of the product on the dress form). I usually straighten the images, crop them, edit out any major imperfections (wall outlets, door frame, etc) balance the color, exposure, shadow and highlight in batches in lightroom. Then I carry the images over to Photoshop and remove any color casts or unwanted shadows or highlights from the background using the replace color tool, fix any noticeable imperfections (lint or hair on coats, uneven looking skirt hems, etc.), bring out details using the (high pass overlay layer) if necessary, and use curve and levels layers to perfect the highlights, brightness, shadows and contrast and then convert to the proper color profile and save as a PSD file and a jpeg file that's under 10 M.
I've included pictures that show product images from from start to finish, before lightroom, after lightroom and then after photoshop. Obviously you don't have to use my methods if you have faster or better ways to achieve the same results. I'm not looking my products to be cutout onto a pure white background or anything unnatural looking. I would like very similar results to what I usually do myself. I would love to pay per set of images but am open to paying per hour. I don't have a set amount I can pay and am interested in hearing quotes if possible. This would be consistent weekly work for an editor that can achieve the results I'm looking for at a rate that is within my small business budget.
