Automatically Execute Bets on Bookmakers

I am looking to develop a software (can be written in PHP C# JAVA VB6 C++) that automatically executes sports bets in several bookmakers.

**For example:**

Input is:

*Game name*: 'NBA Basketball : Series Betting'

*Bet*: New York Knicks

*Bookmaker*: Bwin

*Bet size*: 113

Software needs to find the page of 'NBA Basketball : Series Betting' in BWIN, enter the 'place a bet' page and place a 113 pound bet on the New York Knicks.
