Write a code to generate reports from the Raw Excel Data

I am looking for someone to write me an online code which I would host on my server. Where I will upload the excel file to process and give me a link to download the final result as I want.
Report1:
1) Upload the [login to view URL] file
2) It will process, re-arrange and calculate different values
3) Export the Final [login to view URL] file (attached) with the given format is it needs to be done.
Report2:

I have attached the files with explanation (Image) on from where the values needs to be taken from the Master Sheet and how these are being calculated, it is self-explanatory the person who would have a bit of experience in small calculation would be easy to understand.
