Prestashop Create custom hook in admin order view page

I am looking for a Prestashop expert to add a hook with text column to the admin vieworder page. The hook should simply display data and does not require any specific functionality associated with it. However, it should be only visible to the admin.
look my screenshot I want to add column buy from aliexpress and buy button on each product. when I click Buy this will redirect to the correct aliexpress produc. I create a table aliinfo with the url and the product ID
I am looking to have this project completed within 1-2 days.
Im good with php I need only the code to insert on wich files !
in the hook it each ordered product I will get a button order and the button will look mysql to redirect on aliexpress to the correct product to buy.
