Automated Order Confirmation with Pipedream

This project aims to automate the order confirmation process for [login to view URL] transactions using Pipedream, a workflow automation platform. Data Source: [login to view URL] API request Project Steps: Data Capture: Upon receiving a [login to view URL] API request, Pipedream will extract the following information: Order number Customer name Email address Order date Mobile number Pickup address Drop address Google Sheet Integration: The captured data will be automatically stored in a designated Google Sheet for record-keeping and future reference. Multi-Channel User Confirmation: SMS Notification: Pipedream will trigger an SMS confirmation using [login to view URL] and [login to view URL], notifying the customer about their order details. WhatsApp Notification (Official API): [login to view URL] will be integrated to send a WhatsApp confirmation through the official WhatsApp Business API, providing order information directly to the customer's preferred messaging platform. PDF Confirmation with Terms: A PDF document containing the order summary, terms & conditions, and confirmation details will be generated and sent to the customer's email address. Project Management Integration: Basecamp Integration: Pipedream will connect with Basecamp to create a new project entry or update an existing one with the order details, facilitating project tracking within Basecamp. Slack Notification: A message will be sent to a designated Slack channel upon successful order confirmation, keeping the team informed about incoming orders.
