Expert B2B appointment setter

A technology managed service provider (IT Consultanting firm) is looking for an expert B2B appointment setter. The project is calling businesses in Inland Washington USA, following up after a mailer to sell/set appointments for our sales staff. We are looking for a professional individual who has experience in sales, cold calling, outbound calls, customer service, no technology knowledge needed you just need to be able to sell the appointment.
The caller will need to be able to keep track of the calls they make and the disposition of the calls. They will be expected to be able to provide a daily report of their calling activities.
Required Skills:
1. Pleasant telephone voice, able to speak English clearly, fluently, and doesn't have a strong accent
2. Previous sales, marketing, cold calling, outbound calls, appointment setting, customer service or call center experience
3. Ability to Follow Directions
4. Assertive Telephone Manner
5. Ability to customize the script as needed
6. Great attitude, personality, self-motivated, team player
7. Good communication with Network Assurance colleagues
8. Good listener and probing skills in sales and marketing will depend on the needs of the customers.
9. Ability to diligently follow up with prospects as needed and required.
10. Ability to keep a consistent working schedule
Technology Requirements:
1. Own computer with high-speed Internet access
2. A funded VOIP phone system
3. Working Internet Browser
4. A quiet professional calling environment will be required.
