IP Warming / Reputation Service

Need an experienced TEAM for performing an IP warmup schedule.

In basic terms: I need a service in which people will open my emails, click on “Not Spam” button if it arrives in the “Spam” folder, add it in the Safe List and from the Inbox folder, click in the email link.

Something like this:

1. You will supply me a list of emails (100+ emails from various global and well known ESPs gmail, yahoo, hotmail etc)

2. I will be sending emails to that list, based on the schedule below

3. Your users will be opening those emails from different residential IPs

4. If the email arrives in Spam folder, they will perform the following actions:

4a. Click Not Spam button

4b. Add the From Email address in the Safe List

4c. Go to Inbox Folder and open the same email

4d. Click on the email link

- I will be sending emails from 2 domains (multiple IPs) in the following frequency/schedule:

Day 1 - 50 emails, Day 2 - 100 emails, Day 3 - 500 emails, Day 4 - 1000 emails, Day 5 - 2000 emails, Day 6 - 3000 emails, Day 7 - 4000 emails, Day 8 - 5000 emails, Day 9 - 6000 emails, Day 10 - 7000 emails, Day 11 - 8000 emails, Day 12 - 8000 emails, Day 13 - 8000 emails, Day 14 - 9000 emails, Day 15 - 9000 emails, Day 16 - 9000 emails, Day 17 - 10000 emails, Day 18 - 10000 emails, Day 19 - 10000 emails, Day 20 - 10000 emails..etc..

Summary:

- IP Warmup service

- 2 domains (multiple IPs)

- We will be doing the sending.

- 100+ valid, working emails from global ESPs (gmail, yahoo, hotmail etc)

- Follow the above schedule

- Prior experience is a must.

- Testing will be required.

- 3 Milestones will be created that will be released only when the results indicate deliver-ability above 90%.

Note:

1. Anyone that sends automated proposals will not be considered.

2. Anyone without a proposal will not be considered.
