Deribit Websocket API Connector

Hi. I need a project written completely in C# that connect the project to the Derebit API (V 2, it's a rcp-json) via websocket. The connector must give the possibility to use all endpoints, public and private (last ones requires authentication). I would like to add this connector to another project (Wpf), and to use the endpoints from there, so it should be something like a class library, but i would like to have also a Wpf interface to test, by controls like buttons, that every single endpoint works. Maybe a solution with two project (class library and Wpf Test) should be fine. I would like to have the entire code written in c# with comments that explain everything.
