While working for HRI, INC., I was awarded an Innovation Award and $500 for creating a presentation for our main company, COLAS, in Paris, France. The presentation outlined the different formulated spreadsheets that I had created in order to "simplify the information" that my superiors reviewed on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. This was a great achievement for me since I had only been with the company for six months. Even though I am no longer with the company, they still utilize my ideas throughout other sister companies.
