Customer service for 8 years in the BPO industry and 3 years as a Virtual Assistant. my main job is to receive inbound calls and do outbound calls from customers inquiring about their accounts, from customers who want to order a product, etc. I also maintain financial accounts of the customers by processing their payments and negotiate a payment arrangement from customers who are behind their bills. I usually recommend potential applicants to management by collecting applicant information. This is a multi-tasking job because aside from answering calls I also manage to chat and send emails out. I also have experience using Shopify, eBay, Oberlo, WooCommerce, and AliExpress. I am flexible and willing to be trained in another line of business.
