I need a structural engineer to design specifics for 2 retaining walls, steps, and concrete deck, drainage

Richard did not take the time to understand the requirements of the project. Richard was impatient with the changes he needed to make to his design to meet the project requirements - stating " for the last time can you mark up my drawing the last drawing pls and sen it to me now" .This was Richard's 1st request to make changes to his drawings. I would recommend using low dollar milestone payments and reviewing Richard's sketch of your requirements before proceeding with the work.

U.S. LICENSED Structural Engineer Wanted for Backyard In-Ground Pool Build

Richard did an absolutely AMAZING job on our swimming pool engineering plans!! I am completely blown away at the detail and accuracy of the plans thats Richard designed. He really knows what he is doing. On top of that he delivered the entire project early! I highly recommend him!!
