creating an AI program to answer client calls, have a conversation with client about their need the reason for the appointment, get the name of the client, get the phone number from the client, get the email address from the client, ask the day and time that they want to come to the office, lookup the calendar for availabilities, make the appointment if available, if not available, then offer other available time slots, and make appointment. Once the appointment is set, and confirmed, an email and text message goes out to the client confirming their appointment.
