I need some help getting a html newsletter signup page on our website (built in SilverStripe CMS). I have already created the signup page in Leadpages (and integrated it with MailChimp) and we want to host this page on our own hosting (same as our website). It should be a pretty simple job, thanks.

... The colours I am looking for are a bight blue, maybe black and white. Not sure what other colour instead of black would go with the blue - going for a calming happy feeling site. I listed on the right of drawing the pages I will need. I didn't list there I will need a shopping cart as well but not on any of the pages straight away. We use 1 Shopping Cart and also Leadpages to create pop up pgs, landing pgs etc Please let me know if you can complete it, I will need it asap, so if you can have someone to work on it and get it done within 3-4 weeks thats what I am looking for otherwise I will have to look for someone that can do that.
