The database has two long text fields, wich will have to be extracted to text files related with each record. The number of records in database to extract is about 65.000/70.000. Tha database is in portuguese language, but it is structured, so there should be no difficult to english (or other) spoken persons.

I would also like the ability for the program to recognize an email sent to multiple users and only keep one copy of this email and some sort of record keeping to mark who received the email.
