Hi, We have several dialin servers and a radius server which stores the accounting records in to a mysql database. We are looking for a application which can connect to a mysql database, and retrieve the call length of the callers connected to the dialin servers. After that it have to check if a call is longer then a given value (2 hours for example) and disconnect it with the snmp protocol. The dialin servers are: cisco as53xx series and lucent max series. I have a rack of 20 vdsl (very high bit rate DSL) switches. These switches connect via cat3 cable to VDSL modems to enable provisioning of ethernet data services over shared telephone cable. Problem is that with power fluctuation, it often happens that a port of the vdsl switch loses its configuration. I want an api that allows me to use snmp to interrogate switches to ensure that settings are correct, if settings are incorrect then that must be set. an example of correct port settings would be 10, 100Mbs , full duplex, bandwidth profile etc .... I am running the UCD-SNMP (NET-SNMP) agent on a Red Hat Linux implementation. I need to change the configure options to add another MIB (IF-MIB). I already use one MIB (the host resources MIB). With ./configure I believe the command is: ./configure --with-mib-modules="host if" The UCD-SNMP package was installed with rpm on this Linux image, so I can't figure out how to change the ./configure options.
