Expert Business Process Analyst with Over 5 Years Experience In Financial Processes Required ASAP

FULL TIME POSITION: We are looking for an Expert Business Process Analyst with over 5, preferably 10 years expertise in Business Process Analysis.

To qualify, you must have:

• 5+ Years Solid Experience with BPMN 2.0 In Financial Processes

• Excellent knowledge of Lean Six Sigma

• Produce BPMN 2.0 in accordance to OMG specifications: [login to view URL]

• Solid Experience developing and documenting ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be’ process models in compliance to using BPMN 2.0 notations

• Experience writing user stories and use cases.

• Excellent Elicitation and Requirements Gathering Expertise in relation to Finance Systems

1) To Demonstrate your Expertise and Technical Capabilities, please send a Zip file of 10 Different Financial Processes in (.vsd) format, you have completed using BPMN 2.0. Please ensure you have used relevant and accurate objects in accordance to OMG specifications. Name the file according to the Finance process. 2) Next, To Demonstrate your Expertise please provide a list of your top 25 high impact elicitation questions you have used to Interview Stakeholders, of different Financial Processes, to Gather the information you need to prepare “As Is” business processes using BPMN 2.0

3) Next, please provide a list of your top 25 high impact elicitation questions you have used to Interview Stakeholders, of different Financial Processes, to Gather their Requirements to prepare “To Be” business processes using BPMN 2.0

4) Please confirm if you have prepared a Strategic BPMN 2.0 Plan and Roadmap for Enterprise level clients before
