I need an optimization program. I have 2000 cotton bale and I need to group them optimum quality.
I have 4 properties for cotton quality. (Strength, color vs..)
I need to select grouped items count at start screen. (70 bale each group or 75 bale each group etc..)
for 4 properties all over avarage must be same every groups avarage. (sensitivity 2 digit after comma.)
