We are using Insightly CRM and AroFlo Job Management software. Both use REST API.

We need our CRM and job management software to have bi-directional comm & updates to prevent 'double data entry'

When we add client & contact information it is automatically updated in other system.

When sending a quote from AroFlo it updates the CRM and sets followup etc
