Attendence Database mysql PHP

Online Attendence/Conference management system EASY DB, I know a little about PHP and sql but by no means able to write a program Attached is a program that is being used right now on a pc it uses access, open it with the .exe file within it. the vision is to do the exact same thing online, with a few more features and a few left out. Web intereface would be minimal, very little design needed. System needs to be easy with steps. Administration:: step 1 create a conference with title, speaker, credit hours(#), Specialty, accreditation(check boxes), 2-3 fields fields that can be added and sorted by. Step 2 check off attendees from a master list simple as that musts: +attendee transcripts +conference attendee transcript +transcripts will included each conference and amount of hrs. attended, a total of all hrs., +attendee info with option to export to print labels or print transcripts ++conferences will include accrediation standards these standards will be queried, forexample an atendee will need a transcript of all conferences attended and a seperate conference transcript that has the conferences with option b checked. +Email transcripts to entire master list User interface: +Log in by date of birth and last name. +View conferences atttended seperated by year able to print transcripts for that year of all conferences and print a transcript for "option b" conferences. +Print a certificate, certificate will be pre formulated with a couple fields filled in like name and number of conferences attended. +Registration into master list+ +keyword search of conferences + simple tutorial

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
