Prototype of a web app - an intranet to provide information for internal employees

Hello everyone,

We are a startup located in Italy called VAI Globale, and we are looking for a developer who can help us in making a prototype of an intranet-style web application for a firm's internal employees.

The App’s main function is "to show the right people the right information at the right time". We came up with the idea of keywords (#): each keyword can contain important information that the employees need to know, each employee could write a post about these keywords, like and comment on others' posts (like a social media). We tried to illustrate our ideas in a Powerpoint file attached below (you can open it in presentation mode and click on different buttons to better understand our ideas). We also attached an Excel file of the sample dataset that we would like to use in order to test the prototype.

For now, we do NOT need you to create all the functions, just a simple first-draft prototype with a simple interface (our main goal at the moment is not the design but the functions), some demo functions including: signing up, logging in, creating keywords (with privacy settings), searching for keywords, creating a post, etc.

We would like to finish the first-draft prototype in less than 1 week. After that, we will show our partners the prototype and if they like it, we will continue to work with you to finish it.
