Unity App that displays video and collects data from slider

I would like to have a Unity App which displays a vimeo video. While showing the video it should show a vertical slider next to the video. The user can use the slider and the value of the slider is saved
every second to a csv-file.
If this simple version works, I would like to add additional features (with additional payed projects), e.g. saving data to an remote database, stopping the video to add comments and save them as well, among other events).
