I do have the experience being in the call center business for 4 years (I've been thru customer service and sales team) and 2 years of virtual assistant job to realtors as well and I'm very organized in the things I work on. I have a stable internet connection that can support my work for 8hours a day and back ups ready when necessary. I was previously a VA for a realtor and my tasks then was to send and response to emails and text messages, call leads and do follow up calls, input information in their CRM ( I was able to work with CRMs like TopProducer, Vulcan 7, AllClients, Follow up Boss etc) , organize their schedule and manage follow ups for documents.
