Modifying an existing vacuum adapter to fit various insert ports, either round, square, oval etc. The attached is the original one. However, need the front stepped bit to be 34mm outside diameter, wall thickness approx 3.5mm so it doesn't break. The second step (flange) must be about 7mm radius larger than the first step. Glass cylinder 50mm inner diameter / 3mm wall / 60mm in length Cone shape on one end with 10mm diameter opening / 10mm long tube attached to that opening On other end need a flange 15mm around the end In other words will look some what of a syringe without the handle Will need a glass disc 50mm x 10mm that will fit into cylinder. I need to inflate a large plastic tube with a small life jacket bottle, to increase the volume I'll need an air aspirator and a plastic cap designed for the bottle. The size of the aspirator is quite small but we can change the scale as required. The length to be no more than 150mm, the internal inlet of the aspirator 30 mm and the outlet to pipes around 14 mm with a flange on them for a hose attachment. The aspirator will require a one way valve so as pressure builds in the outlet pipes the inlet shuts off preventing air escaping backwards. If possible as a bonus a pressure relief valve in the outlet chamber. The uploaded files give a basic idea of some aspirators.
