Dear Employer, I suppose I could handle your project well in appropriate time. This work needs some skills and experiences, which I have accumulated for many years. I have examples of datasets and a number of methods of the data science to analyze the data. To do this job I might write some codes for R or formulas for Excel and I can manage this easily. I hope to do this work in 3 or 4 hours but I need to know more details about your project to estimate my working time.
