Cryptography OTR library

Hello cryptographers, This job offer is only for the ones who already worked with OTR ! We need a Off-the-Record Messaging (OTR) - cryptographic protocol for messaging Application + API using a combination of AES symmetric-key algorithm with 256 bits key length. We are developing our own Messenger, which need to use the OTR encryption and OTR client library. The messenger is build in Java and C#. A side of the OTR cryptographic protocol API, we need you to setup also a secure XMPP server, with Openfire Administration. So basically: - OTR contacts library - 256-bit AES messaging encryption - Secure symmetric-key to encrypt messages - Secure symmetric-key to decrypt messages - Private zero-knowledge XMPP-server Budget is around $1000 We need it ready within one / two weeks.
